A seller managed returns across three marketplaces, each with its own spreadsheet. To understand the status of a return, the team moved from one file to another, with the risk of misaligned data. There was no single view and the history was hard to reconstruct.
We built an internal dashboard on Lovable, with Supabase as the database, that brings together the returns from the three marketplaces alongside the Shopify orders. Each return has a status, an owner and a history viewable in one place. The team works on a shared view instead of reassembling information from several sheets.
