This notice describes how Automations Lab handles the personal data collected through this site.
Data controller
The data controller is Automations Lab (Federico). For any request about your data, write to federico@automationslab.it.
Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email, company, role (optional) and the message you send. For security reasons we also process technical data such as user agent, referer and IP address, used only to limit abuse.
Purpose
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiries and to provide the information or quotes you request. It is never used for profiling or sold to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give by submitting the form and on the legitimate interest in following up on your request.
Tools and processors
Form messages are routed through Make.com and stored in a database hosted on Supabase, which we use to manage business leads. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides aggregated, cookieless visit statistics. These providers act as data processors.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and meet any legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to federico@automationslab.it.
