I'm Federico. I build the software my clients' operations run on.
Freelance, based in Rome, since 2023. Before writing a single automation I ran real operations: fleets, market launches, margins. That's why what I build makes operational sense, not just technical sense.
Automations Lab is my workshop, not an agency: you talk to me from the audit to the handover, and I'm the one writing the code, designing the flows and answering when something breaks at 2 am.
I work with e-commerce brands and SMBs that have outgrown the spreadsheet: orders, cash on delivery, invoices, CRM, reports. I build the platform that holds together the tools they already use, with Make.com, Claude Code, Lovable and Supabase.
I come from operations: I launched and ran markets for a micromobility operator in Italy and the Middle East, with fleets of 1,500+ vehicles and a P&L to defend every month. When we talk COD, returns, ROAS or margins, I know what they feel like from the inside.
