Book the free audit

Running five tools and none of them tells you how the business is really doing?

Orders, carriers, accounting and ads: one platform that does the work instead of your team.

I build your e-commerce operations platform on top of Shopify and the tools you already use. Confirmations, remittances, margins: they run on their own.

We look at the 2–3 processes that eat the most hours. You leave knowing what to automate first.

“Federico is proactive, easy to work with, and highly effective. He built automations for us that have been running smoothly for months, delivering major time savings. Will definitely continue working with him.”

The problem isn't volume. It's that every order passes through three tools and one person.

  1. Hours lost copying data between Shopify, the carrier portal and spreadsheets.

  2. The margin you see in Shopify isn't the real one: logistics, returns and ad spend are missing.

  3. Every exception, a return, a held parcel, an unconfirmed cash-on-delivery order, needs someone to notice it.

What I build

An operations platform on top of your data, with the modules your flow needs and nothing else.

How we work

Demo first, backend second.

We start from your real data: one week of orders, one remittance file, one ads export.

  1. Free audit

30 minutes: we map the processes and the hours they cost today.

  2. Exploration

Edge cases and real data with the people who do the work every day.

  3. Working demo

You try it on your flow, I fix it, you approve it.

  4. Build and handover

Final backend, team training, active monitoring.

Platforms I've built

Real projects, described by industry. The numbers are the ones documented in the projects.

Fashion e-commerce, Italy · 12,000+ cash-on-delivery orders/month

Before

COD confirmations done by hand on WhatsApp, carrier remittances checked in spreadsheets, margin computed at month end.

What we built

Operations console with a confirmation queue, delivery score, auto-assignment, carrier tracking, remittance reconciliation, a daily Meta and Google Ads ledger, and a P&L page.

Result

Confirmed-order rate from 65% to 77%, 20–25 hours a week reclaimed by the team.

Luxury furniture resale marketplace, UK

Before

CRM, inventory and consignor payouts in separate tools; seller settlements calculated by hand.

What we built

Unified ops system with two-way Shopify sync, a consignment intake pipeline, a payout engine with commission tiers locked at signature, and seller and brand portals.

Result

2,500 active listings and 200+ SKUs a week handled with minimal manual input.

Same fashion e-commerce · remittance reconciliation

Before

Every week one person matched the carrier's remittance file to delivered orders by hand.

What we built

The file lands in a Google Sheet, an automation matches it to orders, flags mismatches and updates the cash-collected status.

Result

Reconciliation runs in minutes.

1,400

Figures from the projects above. Every business is different: we look at your numbers in the audit.

Step 1 · Estimate the hours

How many hours does manual order work cost you today?

Enter how many operations you do by hand each month, confirmations, remittances, reports, and how long they take. I bring the result into the audit.

How we work together

Every platform is tailor-made, so pricing comes after the audit, not before. I work in two steps.

  1. 1. Exploration with your team

It starts with the free 30-minute audit. Then we look at real data and edge cases with the people who do the work every day.

  2. 2. Implementation, demo before backend

I build a working demo you try and approve. Only then do I write the final backend and hand over.

Fixed project
Fixed scope, fixed price. I deliver, train your team and stay available for fixes for 30 days.
When it fits · For small, well-defined builds that need no ongoing maintenance.
Build + retainer
I build the platform, then a monthly fee covers monitoring, fixes and small changes. Cancel any month.
When it fits · For platforms that read live data: Shopify, carriers, ads, accounting.
Hourly co-development
We build together, in phases. An agreed weekly hour cap, invoiced in blocks, with a stop at every checkpoint.
When it fits · For complex work where the scope reveals itself along the way.

Whichever model fits, the first step is the same: 30 minutes to find out what is worth automating.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Every platform is tailor-made, so there is no price list. After the audit you get a written proposal with three possible models: fixed project, build plus monthly retainer, or hourly co-development with a weekly cap. No cost before that.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many integrations are involved. I work in two steps: first a working demo you approve, then the final backend. The proposal includes a calendar estimate, not before.

What happens on the 30-minute call?

We map the 2–3 processes that eat the most hours, quantify them with your numbers, and I tell you what to automate first. You leave with a prioritised list, no commitment.

Do I have to change Shopify or my ERP?

No. The platform sits on top of Shopify and the tools you already use through their APIs. Shopify stays the source of truth for catalog and stock.

Who maintains the platform after delivery?

You can choose the retainer model: monitoring, fixes and small changes, cancellable any month. Or I hand it over with documentation and training for your team.

Where does the data live?

In your own Postgres database (Supabase or equivalent), in an EU region. You hold the access: if you change vendor tomorrow, the data stays yours.

Free audit · 30 minutes

Thirty minutes to find out how many hours you can get back on orders.

Bring a remittance file or a one-week order export: we start there.

  • A map of the processes that pass through several people and several tools today.
  • An estimate of the hours you can get back, using your numbers.
  • What to automate first, and what is not worth touching.

No commitment. No surprise quote: pricing comes later, only if it makes sense to proceed.

Which process costs you the most time today?

I use these details only to set up the call. No newsletter, no resale.
