Book the free audit

Wasting hours of your team's time on manual, repetitive work?

The repetitive work your team does by hand, done by software built on your process.

Clean CRMs, invoices that reach accounting on their own, custom internal portals. You approve the demo, then I build the final backend.

Book your free 30-minute process audit

We look at the 2–3 processes that eat the most hours. You leave knowing what to automate first.

“Great working with Federico, he is very responsive and very knowledgable. Definitely recommend!”

The problem isn't a lack of software. It's that the tools don't talk and someone acts as the bridge.

  1. Supplier invoices arrive by email, get re-typed into the system and then into the bookkeeper's software.

  2. A CRM full of duplicates and blank fields that nobody really trusts.

  3. Every report is a Friday afternoon: export, paste, check, send again.

What I build

Internal tools and automations that follow your process, not a template.

How we work

Demo first, backend second.

We start from ten real invoices, a CRM export, or the spreadsheet that currently acts as your system.

  1. Free audit

30 minutes: we map the processes and the hours they cost today.

  2. Exploration

Edge cases, unwritten rules and real data with the people doing the work.

  3. Working demo

You try the tool on your case, I fix it, you approve it.

  4. Build and handover

Final backend, training, monitoring and maintenance if needed.

Tools I've built

Real projects, described by industry. Where a number is not documented, I say so.

Fleet services company · accounts payable

Before

Supplier invoices forwarded by email, markup and approval by hand, books updated by the accountant at month end.

What we built

Invoice → markup → bookkeeper approval → QuickBooks Online pipeline, with vendor rate validation, per-vehicle tracking, mobile forms, document privacy and a full audit trail.

Result

Study-abroad organisation, US · HubSpot

Before

Untyped contacts, a pipeline split across deals with inconsistent properties, missing or wrong names.

What we built

HubSpot architecture, data backfill with Make, an AI classifier on every new contact (16 categories), name enrichment from emails and conversations.

Result

616 deals and 21 properties consolidated into one pipeline.

Same organisation · operations platform

Before

A legacy CRM for registrations, payments and documents; financial consolidation done by hand every day.

What we built

Operations platform built with Claude Code (registrations, payments, documents, tasks, deals, 1,150+ automated tests) and a Stripe + booking-platform consolidation into one sheet, daily.

Result

Daily financial consolidation from 2 hours to under 5 minutes.

Figures from the projects above. Every process is different: we look at your numbers in the audit.

Step 1 · Estimate the hours

How many hours does re-keying data cost you today?

Invoices, contacts, report rows: how many you handle by hand each month and how long each one takes. The result goes into the audit.

How we work together

Every platform is tailor-made, so pricing comes after the audit, not before. I work in two steps.

  1. 1. Exploration with your team

It starts with the free 30-minute audit. Then we look at real data and edge cases with the people who do the work every day.

  2. 2. Implementation, demo before backend

I build a working demo you try and approve. Only then do I write the final backend and hand over.

Fixed project
Fixed scope, fixed price. I deliver, train your team and stay available for fixes for 30 days.
When it fits · For small, well-defined builds that need no ongoing maintenance.
Build + retainer
I build the platform, then a monthly fee covers monitoring, fixes and small changes. Cancel any month.
When it fits · For platforms that read live data: Shopify, carriers, ads, accounting.
Hourly co-development
We build together, in phases. An agreed weekly hour cap, invoiced in blocks, with a stop at every checkpoint.
When it fits · For complex work where the scope reveals itself along the way.

Whichever model fits, the first step is the same: 30 minutes to find out what is worth automating.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Every tool is tailor-made, so the price comes with the written proposal after the audit. Three models: fixed project, build plus monthly retainer, or hourly co-development with an agreed weekly cap.

How long does it take?

A single automation can be in demo within days; an internal platform takes weeks. Either way you see a working demo before I build the final backend.

What happens on the 30-minute call?

We map the 2–3 processes that eat the most hours, quantify them with your numbers, and I tell you what to automate first. You leave with a prioritised list, no commitment.

Do you work with our bookkeeper or accounting software?

Yes. QuickBooks Online, Xero and Stripe are integrations I know; for other software I check the API during exploration. Your bookkeeper receives data in the format they already use.

What if an API changes?

Every integration has a health check and an alert. On the retainer model I handle it; otherwise your team has the documentation to step in.

Where does the data live?

In your own database, in an EU or US region of your choice, with roles and permissions per person. You hold the access, not me.

Free audit · 30 minutes

Thirty minutes to find out how many hours you can get back from manual work.

Bring ten invoices, a CRM export, or the spreadsheet that runs the show today: we start there.

  • A map of the processes that pass through several people and several tools today.
  • An estimate of the hours you can get back, using your numbers.
  • What to automate first, and what is not worth touching.

No commitment. No surprise quote: pricing comes later, only if it makes sense to proceed.

Which process costs you the most time today?

I use these details only to set up the call. No newsletter, no resale.
