An educational travel agency received leads in several languages from different channels. They all ended up in a single HubSpot queue, where an operator read them and assigned the consultant by hand based on the language. Response times grew longer and some contacts were left waiting.

We built a Make.com scenario that detects the language of the incoming lead, updates the HubSpot record and activates the correct consultant via Spoki on WhatsApp. The routing follows rules shared with the team, so each language has a clear point of contact. Leads that do not match the rules are placed in a dedicated queue for human review.
