Before

Customers received standard courier notifications, scattered and not very consistent with the brand communication.

Qaplà tracking events generate personalised Resend notifications, consistent in tone and content.

An ecommerce business relied on the courier’s standard messages for shipping notifications. Customers received scattered communications, with different tones and little alignment with the brand. There was no single point to control tracking events and the messages sent.

We built a Make.com scenario that centralises tracking events on Qaplà and triggers, for each relevant status change, a notification via Resend. The messages follow the templates defined with the client, so the tone stays consistent across all shipping stages. Unhandled events are logged for review, avoiding missing or duplicate notifications.
